Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed. They vary depending on the shipping method selected and the order total:
At home
- €9.90 for all orders under €89 (including tax)
- Free with any order of €89 or more (including tax)
Pickup point
- €6 for all orders under €89 (including tax)
- Free with any order of €89 or more (including tax)
Delivery times:
- 3 to 4 business days for items in stock in mainland France
- If the item is out of stock, please allow an additional 15 days
- If delivery takes longer than 30 days, the sale may be canceled and refunded.
In exceptional cases, and in order to ensure optimal delivery of orders, DURALEX reserves the right to use a logistics provider other than La Poste. The Customer
will then be notified by email to schedule a delivery time.
He will not be charged any additional fees.
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the address provided.

Customers may return any item (excluding damaged or defective products) within 14 days of receipt
Return policy:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- If it is a set, the customer must return the entire set.
- No exchanges allowed; refunds only.
Defective or damaged products:
If there is a defect, please contact us using the form in the "Contact Us" section of the website, and include photos of the package and the product.
We will let you know if a return is necessary.
Please inspect all your items upon receipt. For any issues related to breakage or quality defects, we will process a single, comprehensive claim per order. No additional claims will be accepted after this initial assessment has been approved.

Once the items have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the credit card used within 10 business days.
Duralex reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product is unsellable or arrives broken.
