2025 Gender Equality Index
DURALEX SCOP SA is committed to promoting professional and pay equity and reaffirms its commitment to upholding the principle of non-discrimination between women and men. The company recognizes that gender diversity in the workforce at all levels fosters complementarity, social balance, and economic efficiency.
In accordance with legal requirements, we are publishing the gender equality index, which consists of four indicators that assess gender inequalities within companies: wage gaps, disparities in the distribution of individual raises, the proportion of female employees receiving a raise within one year of returning from maternity leave, and finally, the number of women and men among the ten highest-paid employees.
