DURALEX SCOP SA is committed to promoting professional equality and equal pay and reaffirms its commitment to the principle of non-discrimination between women and men. The company recognises that gender diversity in employment at all levels is a source of complementarity, social balance and economic efficiency.
In accordance with legal requirements, we publish the gender equality index, which is made up of 4 indicators that assess inequalities between women and men in companies: the pay gap, the gap in the distribution of individual pay rises, the proportion of employees receiving a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave, and the number of women and men in the ten highest paid positions.

Objective / Indicator Pay gap In accordance with the Gender Agreement, the aim is to redress the balance between men's and women's pay in professions where there is a pay gap.
Target/indicator for ten highest earners : Increasing the number of women in management positions.
