Shipping policy

1. Geographic Area Products purchased through the Site can be delivered to the following countries: France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium. It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address located outside of this geographic area.

2. Shipping Fees and Delivery Processing and shipping fees, in addition to the sale price of the Product, will be communicated to the Customer no later than before they confirm their order.

Delivery times are available on the Site as indicated below. Shipping costs are calculated based on the Products selected, the total order value, and the delivery service chosen by the Customer.

Delivery times run from the date of order confirmation by DURALEX. If these delivery times exceed thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be cancelled and the Customer refunded.

Delivery will take place within the timeframes indicated below. In the event of a stock shortage at a DURALEX partner, an additional 15 days must be allowed on top of the delivery times below.
